Stockport Homes Group, which trains around 700 employees, needed a centralized way to manage mandatory and optional learning while improving compliance tracking and engagement. Using Litmos as its learning platform, the organization also wanted to reduce manual admin for its L&D team and quickly create relevant compliance content, including courses for changing regulatory requirements.
Litmos delivered a centralized learning solution with automation features such as dashboards, due dates, reminders, escalations, Team Leaders, and auto-assign, plus the Content Authoring Tool for bespoke course creation. As a result, Stockport Homes Group reached 96% to 98% compliance on mandatory courses, well above its 80% to 85% target, and system usage quadrupled as employees engaged with more training, including optional learning.
