SAP Litmos Works out as Zumba’s LMS

Zumba, the world’s largest branded fitness company with more than 15 million weekly participants in 200,000 locations across 186 countries, needed a way to globalize its instructor continuing-education and integrate training into its ZIN program. The challenge was to deliver scalable, multilingual, multi-device learning to thousands of instructors while reducing costs and creating new revenue opportunities.

Zumba implemented the SAP Litmos LMS, gaining a sleek, scalable platform with seamless updates, simple integration and straightforward reporting. Using Litmos, Zumba launched a new instructor certification in under two months and, within months of launch, added six additional training programs—rapidly expanding its training reach and accelerating program rollout.
