Gigya, Inc., a provider of customer identity management that helps brands convert anonymous visitors into known, engaged customers, struggled with an unreliable LMS that had poor navigation and low employee adoption. Because the system frequently errored and wasn’t used, training was done manually—making onboarding slow, costly, and inefficient.
By moving to SAP Litmos, Gigya quickly implemented an improved online learning platform that enabled fast onboarding and ongoing training with strong employee buy-in. Adoption rose from almost no users to nearly 100, training time fell from about two days to less than one, costs were cut by at least 50%, and feedback from staff was overwhelmingly positive.
