Russell Mineral Equipment (RME) is the global leader in grinding mill relining technologies, providing OEM technical support and customized engineering solutions. To maintain high customer service and operational standards, RME needed a modern training program to deliver business-specific onboarding, technical and sales education, role-based learning pathways, ERP training, and ISO-compliant competency tracking across its growing global workforce.

By adopting SAP Litmos, RME enabled subject-matter experts to build and publish courses themselves, accelerating content creation and global rollout. Today RME supports 493 users across multiple countries with over 120 proprietary courses, sustained 99% compliance in its Fabrication team, easier audit reporting and accreditation, and increased eLearning uptake—particularly during the pandemic—while continuing to expand training to new regions and teams.
