To maintain high customer service and operational standards, RME needed a modern training program to deliver business-specific onboarding, technical and sales education, role-based learning pathways, ERP training, and ISO-compliant competency tracking across its growing global workforce.

By adopting SAP Litmos, RME enabled subject-matter experts to build and publish courses themselves, accelerating content creation and global rollout. Today RME supports 493 users across multiple countries with over 120 proprietary courses, sustained 99% compliance in its Fabrication team, easier audit reporting and accreditation, and increased eLearning uptake—particularly during the pandemic—while continuing to expand training to new regions and teams.
