PsychArmor Trains and Measures Progress with Litmos

PsychArmor is a nonprofit that trains civilians to work effectively with military and veteran populations. To scale its in-person programs nationally and provide clients like employers and the VA with measurable outcomes, the organization needed a more reliable LMS that supported pre- and post-course surveys and in-depth reporting—capabilities its previous system lacked.

In April 2015 PsychArmor adopted the Litmos LMS for its survey tools, customizable reporting, and scalability. The platform allowed PsychArmor to expand reach (including the City of Los Angeles “10,000 Strong” initiative), serve thousands more learners, and grow its offerings to 45 courses and 100+ video modules while delivering actionable results to partners.
