P&n Bank Uses Sap Litmos Training to Create an Adaptive Workforce of the Future

P&N Bank, a customer‑owned Western Australian bank with about 350 staff across 15 branches and a Perth contact centre, needed a consistent, efficient way to deliver compliance, sales, service and employee training that fit a continuous‑improvement culture. With many employees distributed across branches and limited time for in‑person sessions, the bank sought a digital learning solution to ensure regulatory compliance, upskilling and reduced administrative overhead.

P&N adopted SAP Litmos to provide on‑demand, mobile‑friendly learning with single sign‑on, targeted learning paths and a mix of internal and library content, plus easy tracking and reporting for administrators. In the first five months staff accessed 240+ unique courses, logged in 25–30 times per day on average and rated courses 4.78/5, boosting productivity and engagement—especially in branches and the contact centre—while simplifying compliance management and cutting admin time.
