Playtech implemented SAP Litmos company-wide, giving more than 6,000 team members across 24 countries a single learning system and launching gamified initiatives—Academy Club (learners earn points; 160 points/year to qualify for rewards), monthly Academy Slots Races, and SAP Litmos Boosts to reinforce knowledge. The rollout drove major gains: a 30x scale-up in users, large cuts in face-to-face training time and travel costs (sidebar metrics: 400% and 150% respectively), higher engagement and actionable product feedback.
