Park Ridge Health, a 110-year-old regional healthcare system with more than 30 locations and over 1,200 caregivers in western North Carolina, identified persistent gaps in point-of-service collections and up-front KPI performance across its emergency, outpatient, pre-service and billing teams. Although staff had the talent to improve results, the organization lacked standardized policies, procedures and training materials needed to drive consistent revenue-cycle performance.

Park Ridge implemented SAP Litmos Courses, using its quick, easy-to-use training modules and a highly engaged implementation team to standardize processes and upskill staff. The program delivered immediate improvements in collections and KPI outcomes, exceeded revenue-cycle goals, and is being expanded to the other five hospitals in the region.
