iQ Student Accommodation, one of the UK’s largest student housing providers with over 57 properties and 24,500 beds, faced a training challenge after a merger left them with many nationally dispersed employees. Classroom-based health and safety and other training across three sites was time-consuming, outdated, and pulled staff away from their duties, so the L&D team needed a more timely, scalable digital solution.

They implemented SAP Litmos for its ease of use and flexible content, using animations and eLearning to build new learning plans and wrapping library videos into branded courses. This move cut reliance on classroom sessions, enabled personalized, on-demand training aligned to their brand, and improved the speed and consistency of staff training delivery.
