The Institute of Finance & Management (IOFM) provides training, resources and certification programs for accounting professionals but was delivering content and exams via shipped hard-copy materials. To grow and improve efficiency IOFM needed an online system to manage courses, videos, assessments, tracking and reporting; a custom LMS proved too expensive.

IOFM selected Litmos for its out-of-the-box LMS functionality, converted materials to e-books, added webinars and white papers, and implemented custom features such as a 90-minute timer and hidden grades. The move delivered cost savings, made the program scalable, improved learner engagement (a 15% increase in assessment performance) and expanded offerings to over 130 courses and 100+ assessments.
