How Mission Aviation Fellowship is creating learning communities and connecting people with Litmos solutions

Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) needed a more scalable way to train and track a growing mix of internal and external learners across operations, flight training, HR, IT, and compliance. Working with Litmos, MAF moved away from mostly face-to-face training and adopted the Litmos LMS and Content to support its global workforce and meet increasingly strict aviation training requirements.

Litmos helped MAF improve engagement, streamline compliance tracking, and manage training across 200 teams with only 2 account admins and 190 team admins. Using the Litmos open API integration with its Wingman app, MAF can confirm when pilots are current to fly, and the organization has seen 611 course completions in the last 30 days and more than 16,000 self-directed course completions over the past four years.
