LaborMAX Staffing, a staffing company with 150 locations across 33 states, needed a centralized way to make training consistent after years of informal, location-by-location onboarding. Before using Litmos, training was fragmented, repetitive, and often limited to new-hire basics, creating inefficiencies and inaccuracies across the organization.
Litmos implemented its LMS, Content, and Content Authoring Tool to centralize learning, automate assignments, and deliver onboarding, compliance, and ongoing development through LaborMAX University. The results included 39,865 courses taken by 865 learners in 2022, an estimated $192,000 saved in onboarding and training, and more than $17 million in annual cybersecurity risk mitigation, while also reducing content creation time and supporting company growth.
