How Headspace uses Litmos to help provide every person lifelong mental health support

Headspace, a mental healthcare provider, needed a secure learning platform to support HIPAA-related privacy and security training and help meet HITRUST compliance goals. Using Litmos and the Litmos Content Authoring Tool (CAT), Headspace built and automated training for nearly 1,000 learners and 10 admins, while also managing compliance requirements across the organization.

Litmos helped Headspace streamline training with Assign workflows, Manager Access, escalations, and pre-built content, saving an average of 40 hours per course. The results included HITRUST certification and SOC2 compliance for the past two years, a 50% increase in phishing and smishing notifications, stronger engagement on the internal security channel, and improved training completion rates.
