Edgen Murray, a global supplier of pipe, plate, valves and related components serving energy and infrastructure markets from 35+ locations, needed a better learning solution for its ~600 employees. After implementing an unfriendly LMS on a three-year contract that was only used for compliance and new-hire training (and ultimately abandoned with a year remaining), the company sought a more user-friendly, integrated platform to drive broader adoption and training effectiveness.
