Dine Aware Uses Litmos to Help Change Food Service Perceptions

Dine Aware is a new education and hospitality brand focused on teaching all foodservice employees how to manage and interact with customers who have food allergies or intolerances, with the goal of creating proactive, safer service and improving brand reputation. To drive industry-wide change they needed affordable, widely accessible training ($10 per certification) that could reach a global audience with diverse educational and language backgrounds.

By deploying the Litmos LMS, Dine Aware delivered an intuitive, scalable program with online registration and eCommerce, video-based lessons that work across devices and connections, mobile access, rapid deployment, live support, and cost-effective functionality. The solution allowed company- and group-level course assignments, accommodated large numbers of learners, and produced measurable impact—“without a functioning learning management system, our company could not exist,” says founder Paula Cooper.
