Cenegenics’ AMMEF Uses Litmos to Create a Better Education Program

Cenegenics’ non-profit arm, the Age Management Medicine Education Foundation (AMMEF), trains and certifies physicians in Age Management Medicine to improve patient care and prevention. AMMEF struggled with an offshore IT provider and a rigid learning system that made simple curriculum updates take one to two weeks; they needed an easy-to-use interface for busy clinicians, accurate reporting on logins and module completion, and post-course surveys to meet ACCME requirements.

AMMEF implemented Litmos in March 2014, reformatted the content, and fully deployed the LMS in two weeks. The new platform enabled learning paths for clear certification requirements, rapid global course assignment, improved reporting, and allowed a single program manager to run eLearning—eliminating third-party support and saving about $12,000 per year.
