Canidium builds talent to build their business with Litmos

Canidium, a leading software consultancy, needed a more agile learning program to train, cross-train, and onboard a growing global workforce while keeping pace with fast-changing SaaS products and client needs. To support its vision of developing world-class consultants, Canidium turned to Litmos LMS, Litmos Content, and the Litmos Content Authoring Tool to replace traditional classroom training with scalable self-paced eLearning.

Using Litmos, Canidium built a dynamic learning program for more than 150 active learners across multiple regions, enabling faster onboarding, continuous product training, and easier content updates. The results have been significant: Canidium’s Insurance team grew about 20% in early 2023, revenue in that practice rose 24% year to date, more than half of open roles were filled by cross-trained employees, and onboarding averages around 30 days versus the industry average of 110–140 days. Canidium also estimates that activating over 100 Litmos courses saved months of development time.
