Commonwealth Community Trust (CCT), a non-profit that administers special needs trusts, faced significant challenges with its previous, non-configurable software, which slowed down operations and hindered its ability to provide quality, personalized customer service. Their data was often stored in outdated spreadsheets, and generating documents was a manual process. To overcome these limitations, the organization turned to the Litify platform.

By implementing Litify, built on Salesforce, CCT gained a highly configurable system that could be easily adapted to its unique needs, allowing for real-time data tracking and reporting. The solution has enabled CCT to pull up client records instantly for a personalized experience and quickly build new tracking fields in minutes. This has supported the organization's growth to 19 employees. Litify also integrated with Nintex for automated document creation, drastically improving efficiency. Future plans include using an API for data synchronization and exploring Litify's Client Portal to offer self-service options.
