The City of Wilson faced a challenge where its citizens had to manage multiple separate accounts across different websites to pay their utility and internet bills. Lithios was tasked with creating an integrated utility platform to streamline this online experience for the city's residents.

Lithios designed and developed a custom, mobile-responsive web application called the Citizen Portal. This solution unified all utility services into a single platform, allowing citizens to monitor usage, pay bills, and giving administrators advanced management tools. As a result, by late 2024, the portal had successfully processed over 100,000 transactions.
