Delphi Leverages Contract Companion to Accelerate Productivity and Reduce Human Error

Delphi, a 185‑person Swedish commercial law firm repeatedly named Law Firm of the Year, needed to sustain high client‑facing quality by reducing human error and speeding up document proofreading. Litera Microsystems’ Contract Companion was rolled out in June 2017 across Delphi’s five offices (60 licences) to automatically catch missed cross‑references, undefined or misordered definitions, unclosed brackets, misspellings and other common errors. The tool and Litera Microsystems’ implementation support have markedly improved draft quality and partner satisfaction—partners report that some proofreading jobs that once took several hours can now take as little as 15 minutes—freeing lawyers to focus on higher‑value client work.
