Litera Kira deployed an intuitive contract-review solution with strong implementation support, quick user adoption, project-management features for remote collaboration and machine-learning capabilities for complex review tasks. The platform enabled Maddocks to deliver high-volume work faster, more accurately and more cost-effectively, with most users learning essentials with minimal formal training; it also supported the firm’s wider innovation goals (Maddocks has trained ~200 people in design thinking and progressed over 100 ideas, with 20+ moving into implementation).
