Jomashop boosts email revenue 6.6% with Listrak

Jomashop, a retailer of luxury goods, sought a solution to help customers discover new products while maintaining control over what items were recommended in their email campaigns. They partnered with the vendor Listrak and its product recommendation service to achieve this.

Listrak implemented its Recommender technology, which gave Jomashop control over business rules and allowed them to preview recommendations before deployment. This solution led to a significant boost in email performance, including a 6.6% increase in total email revenue. Listrak's product recommendations also drove a 26.3% increase in Welcome Series revenue and accounted for over half of the revenue from their Browse Abandonment campaigns.
