Lisam’s solution centralized CT Water’s permits, contracts and incident records, enabling staff to search documents quickly, receive email alerts and escalations, and reassign tasks when employees depart; the system now manages over 600 company-wide compliance deadlines and allowed a smooth handover of roughly 30 outstanding tasks after a retirement. The Lisam deployment saved time for compliance staff, increased confidence among leadership, reduced regulatory risk, and has been adopted by additional departments while supporting succession planning and M&A activity.
