Phoenix Central School District Uses ProfileUnity to Overcome Early VDI Challenges

Phoenix Central School District needed a better way to support 400 shared thin clients used by about 1,400 students and 220 faculty and staff. Its Microsoft RDS environment created long login times, printer confusion, and user profile problems, especially when many students tried to log in at once. The district turned to Liquidware and ProfileUnity to address those issues.

Working with Liquidware and TERACAI, the district installed ProfileUnity to manage user profiles and policies across both physical PCs and virtual desktops. The result was overall login times under 30 seconds, simpler printer access, and desktop support time cut in half, giving the IT team more time to work on new solutions instead of break/fix work.
