The Parliament House of Australia needed to modernize its ParlView live streaming platform, which was outdated and difficult for its diverse users to navigate. To address this challenge, they engaged their partner agency Switch Media, who brought in Liquid Digital for its user experience expertise to ensure the platform was designed correctly before development began.

Liquid Digital facilitated over four UX workshops with key stakeholders to build alignment and map user journeys for citizens, press, and staff. This foundational work informed the design and front-end development of a clean, accessible, and broadcast-quality platform built to handle live and archived content across two chambers. The solution delivered by Liquid Digital and Switch Media resulted in a reliable and compliant platform that makes Australia's parliamentary proceedings genuinely accessible to the public on any device.
