Cottonelle partnered with Linqia to shift brand perception from a bath tissue brand to a personal care brand and to drive awareness and engagement for the Cottonelle Clean Care Box, a deluxe personal‑care sampler sold exclusively on Target.com. The challenge was to educate consumers about the broader personal‑care benefits of the product and increase consideration through authentic shopper marketing.

Linqia recruited 30+ Parenting and Lifestyle influencers, supplied them with the Cottonelle Clean Care Box and campaign messaging, and guided authentic storytelling that drove audiences to Target. The program produced 700+ pieces of original content, generated 11.5 million potential impressions, nearly 23,000 engagements, about 10,500 visits to the product page, and the Clean Care Boxes sold out in under 48 hours — delivering clear, measurable lift for Cottonelle.
