Refurbished mobile device providers EXE grow their business with Linnworks

EXe, a global online retailer founded in 2015 that specialises in Grade A Platinum refurbished mobile phones and accessories, needed to centralise sales, inventory and logistics across multiple channels (eBay, Amazon and Magento) while enabling remote access for its travelling founders. To solve this, EXe adopted Linnworks.net from vendor Linnworks to synchronise information and manage multi-channel operations from a single platform.

Linnworks implemented its Linnworks.net back-office platform to unify sales, inventory, logistics and reporting with remote accessibility, customisation and scalability. As a result EXe consolidated operations, gained better reporting and control, moved into larger premises to support growth, and now has a scalable foundation from Linnworks to pursue its plans for its own brand and high‑street expansion.
