Rave Coffee, a speciality roaster based in Cirencester selling direct-to-consumer online, saw orders double to around 800 per day after the Covid-19 lockdowns. Their existing order management system couldn’t scale—orders weren’t reliably syncing with Shopify, packing and roasting lists had to be reconciled manually, and stock levels were inaccurate—so they adopted Linnworks for automation, order management and inventory management to handle the surge and future growth.
Linnworks delivered a robust Shopify integration, bespoke onboarding, automation capabilities and a dedicated Client Success Manager to automate workflows and create prioritized roast lists. As a result, Rave Coffee reduced manual picking/packing and troubleshooting, sustained ~800 orders per day, grew the team to over 30 and set ecommerce sales to reach about £4 million by the end of 2021, while improving fulfilment speed and stock accuracy.
