Goldstar Leisure, founded in 2010, is a premium distribution and fulfillment company that grew to over 200,000 customers and processed more than 280,000 orders in 2022. As the business expanded across marketplaces like eBay and Amazon, manual stock updates and order printing became time-consuming and error-prone, so the team sought an automated inventory and order management solution — entering Linnworks to centralize and streamline their multi-channel operations.

Linnworks provided a single platform for inventory, channel and order management, plus stock forecasting, and supported integration with AutoStore via third‑party developer Brainence (coordinated by Linnworks Customer Success Manager Jacek). The result: greatly improved picking efficiency, maximized warehouse space, office staff freed from warehouse duties so they can focus on scaling, and an estimated avoidance of at least eight additional hires — enabling Goldstar Leisure to handle high order volumes and continue growing with Linnworks.
