Baby Cubby, a subsidiary of Seahorse Enterprises, sells baby gear and clothing both in-store and online. As they expanded across four Magento stores plus Amazon and eBay, they struggled with constant overselling, out-of-stocks, and the manual workload of keeping inventory updated. Vendor Linnworks (using SkuVault Core in the case study) was brought in to help address these inventory management challenges.

Linnworks implemented a cloud-based, channel-integrated solution with SkuVault Core to sync inventory in real time across all sales channels and flag low-stock items automatically. The result was fewer oversells and stockouts, reduced mis-picks and mis-ships, lower customer service costs, and higher customer satisfaction.
