Case Study: Aspire Furniture achieves scalable growth and expanded sales with Linnworks

A Linnworks Case Study

Preview of the Aspire Furniture Case Study

How Aspire Furniture scaled their business and expanded sales using Linnworks

Aspire Furniture, a UK wholesaler of beds and mattresses, faced rapid ecommerce growth after 2013 that accelerated during the COVID-19 pandemic. Their legacy system (Ordoro) lacked UK-focused courier integrations and the inventory control needed for large, long-lead-time items and inbound containers, forcing manual label printing and creating bottlenecks that threatened their ability to scale.

Aspire implemented Linnworks’ inventory and order management platform, using its courier label printing, forecasting and inbound container management plus Mirakl marketplace integrations (via Fulfillin) to centralize operations. Linnworks streamlined label printing (removing a 2–3 person daily manual task), smoothed onboarding to new marketplaces like Debenhams and B&Q, and enabled Aspire to get through the busy Nov 2021–Jan 2022 period, free up time and capital for expansion, and pursue plans for US growth.
