Velocity Outlet, a consumer electronics seller founded in 2013 by Eddie Latham and PJ Scott, grew from a garage start-up to a warehouse fulfilling over 15,000 orders per month and needed a way to manage inventory, multiple sales channels (eBay, Amazon, Rakuten and others) and increasing courier integrations. Linnworks implemented centralized multi-channel inventory and order management plus courier integrations, letting Velocity Outlet control stock across marketplaces, add carriers quickly (Parcelforce was integrated and operational within 48 hours with daily collections) and manage dispatches remotely while traveling. As a result of Linnworks’ solution, Velocity Outlet maintained service quality while expanding product range and channels and now reliably fulfils over 15,000 orders a month with simplified operations and faster integrations.
