Cerved, a leading Italian business information provider and rating agency, faced the challenge of helping its clients analyze massive and complex financial data to identify connections for compliance and risk assessment. Their data on over 6 million companies was stored in various formats, making it time-consuming for users to read sequentially and discover valuable relationships. Seeking a solution, Cerved's Innovation and Data department turned to the vendor Linkurious.

Using the Linkurious SDK and its Ogma JavaScript library, Cerved's team quickly developed a graph-based web application called Graph4you. This solution provided an intuitive visualization interface that allowed users to navigate a network of 30 million nodes and 60 million edges to uncover financial connections. The key result was a dramatically faster go-to-market; Linkurious enabled the delivery of a robust, tailored application in just a few weeks, which now helps clients efficiently perform critical tasks like AML compliance checks.
