ProPharma Uses LinkSquares To More Effectively Support Pharmaceutical Companies During The COVID-19 Pandemic

ProPharma, a global pharmaceutical and medical device consulting firm of 3,000+ employees headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas, faced a remote-work challenge during the COVID-19 pandemic: its small legal team supported 2,600 employees across multiple regions but contracts were scattered across disparate shared drives after years of M&A activity. To centralize contract management and improve responsiveness, ProPharma turned to LinkSquares, identifying the need for a single platform to manage both pre-signature and post-signature processes.

LinkSquares implemented a two-part solution—migrating 17,000 contracts into LinkSquares Analyze and building standardized templates and workflows in LinkSquares Finalize for CDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and purchase orders—so agreements are searchable, tagged by business unit, and routed to the correct approvers. As a result, ProPharma enabled read-only self-service access for business development, reduced ad hoc searches and status inquiries, improved global consistency and GDPR compliance, and expects to save the legal team several hours per week while handling 10–20 new agreements weekly.
