Medicat finds Success with Custom HubSpot Integration

Medicat, an Atlanta-based provider of electronic health records software for colleges and universities with more than 400 customers, faced outdated contract management that relied on individual folders and a quickly stale master spreadsheet. The lack of a contract lifecycle management solution and no direct HubSpot integration left leadership and Sales without timely visibility into renewal dates and contract values. To address this, Medicat turned to LinkSquares and implemented LinkSquares Analyze.

LinkSquares centralized Medicat’s contracts and, with LinkSquares Technical Services, built a custom HubSpot integration that syncs critical contract fields (start/end dates and custom fields like user licenses and subscription modules) to the HubSpot customer record. The integration gave stakeholders real‑time access to contract data, enabled proactive renewal management and earlier intervention for high‑risk customers, reduced administrative burden, and contributed to record renewal success for Medicat.
