CBORD, a 450‑employee provider of integrated campus technology founded in 1975, struggled with a legacy of nearly 10,000 agreements stored in rigid SharePoint folders and a decentralized, Word‑based drafting process. Locating contracts could take 20+ minutes or be impossible, templates were hard to keep current, and approvals left no clear audit trail. To modernize contracting, CBORD selected LinkSquares, deploying LinkSquares Analyze for post‑signature visibility and LinkSquares Finalize for centralized drafting.

LinkSquares migrated more than 3,000 documents into Analyze with automatic customer tagging, hierarchical grouping of masters, orders and amendments, and Governing Summaries to surface prevailing terms; Finalize converted static Word templates into ~15 dynamic, centrally managed templates.
