TGaS Advisors, a Pennsylvania-based consulting firm for life sciences, biotech and pharmaceutical companies, needed a better way to capture communications in Salesforce and increase CRM adoption while reducing admin overhead. They initially implemented LinkPoint360’s LinkPoint Connect: Desktop Edition in 2015 and later evaluated enhanced options to automate email recording and centralize management.

LinkPoint360 implemented LinkPoint Connect: Cloud Edition, a browser-provisioned solution that automatically syncs email and calendar activities between Exchange and Salesforce, applies sync preferences centrally, and provides admin dashboards for user management. As a result, managers saw a rise in emails recorded to Salesforce, employees reclaimed time previously spent manually linking messages and meetings, compliance and reporting improved, and TGaS rolled Cloud Edition out to all client-facing staff to simplify administration and monitoring.
