Prospera Financial Services, an independent broker-dealer with 80 offices, faced the challenge of getting a distributed, contractor-based advisor network to consistently enter and access Salesforce data. With advisors working primarily in Outlook and using Salesforce Partner Community licenses, Prospera needed an email integration that worked with their heavily customized Salesforce instance and had a very small learning curve — so they turned to LinkPoint360 and its LinkPoint Connect solution.
LinkPoint360 delivered a tailored implementation through LinkPoint Connect and Professional Services that mapped to Prospera’s custom objects and workflows and was rolled out to over 80 users. As a result, Salesforce adoption climbed to over 80% in the first year (well above the original 50% target), Prospera expanded its LinkPoint Connect subscription, and the tool is now part of new-hire onboarding while advisors leverage features like email recording, case creation, and attachment management.
