Professional Office Services (POS) is a healthcare communications company with more than 45 years of experience in design, print, patient payment services, digital messaging and patient surveys. POS faced a scheduling and data-sync challenge: outbound reps relied on Outlook calendars while management wanted Salesforce Events for clearer tracking, previous integrations failed, and POS required a solution that would sync calendar and email with an older, non‑standard email server.
