NPI Financial, an Atlanta-based analysis firm founded in 2003, needed to streamline Salesforce data population and archive client communications so its growing delivery team could spend less time on manual tracking. After an initial native Outlook integration still left staff taking an average of 27 days to add and close deal-related emails in Salesforce, NPI evaluated alternatives and selected LinkPoint360’s Outlook integration product, LinkPoint Connect, to address their workflow gaps.

LinkPoint360 implemented LinkPoint Connect (with Professional Services customizing the installer for Salesforce Deals), adding a Side Panel, drag-and-drop signature-to-record creation, attachment archiving, and Smart Forms that auto-fill fields from a single email. The result: deal-entry time dropped from 27 days to 1 day, users reclaimed time that had previously consumed roughly 30% of their work, CRM adoption and visibility improved, and NPI can now track how deals arrive and are assigned more effectively.
