A French partner and organizer of multiple sporting events faced falling interest and shrinking market share. Their challenge was to enhance on-site consumer experience and amplify the impact of events across social networks to revive momentum and drive participation.

We implemented 4 dashboards and 80+ data capture requests, performed community and influencer segmentation and ran a consumer-experience study focused on the five revenue-driving sports, using Facebook, specialist forums and blogs. A four-person team analysed 30,000 posts/month, identified three key communities per sport, seven cross-sport influencers and five sport-specific influencers, and uncovered four areas for CX improvement — producing a +18% rise in participant satisfaction, increased engagement from the top 20% of attendees and stronger social-network reactions; the brand will now scale the approach to five more sports and target a further 10-point satisfaction gain.
