A leading luxury fashion and beauty group, led by its Head of Digital, Head of Marketing and Head of CMI, needed to shift from a brand-centric to a consumer-centric strategy across seven countries on three continents. HQ wanted a web‑listening solution to benchmark the digital footprint and brand actions of all subsidiaries against competitors and to inform new editorial guidelines.
Linkfluence deployed its Social Data Intelligence platform across 7 countries and 5 languages, building 36 dashboards, 400 queries and delivering 23 training sessions managed by a dedicated analytics team. The project captured and enriched over 80 million posts, supports 150 daily users and provides HQ and markets with real‑time, comparable KPIs, competitive benchmarking, trend and influencer insights — with plans to expand into Latin America and deliver additional regional reports.
