An international amusement park group facing steadily rising visitor numbers engaged Linkfluence to better understand customer enthusiasm and map different customer journeys so it could adapt services and improve offers. Key stakeholders included the Head of Digital, Head of Marketing and Head of Communication, and the project targeted parks across Europe to capture on-the-spot guest feedback.
Linkfluence deployed its Social Data Intelligence platform to listen to the French and English social web, building four dashboards and 96 linguistic queries and delivering four training sessions for digital teams. The program monitored parks and competitors on Twitter and Instagram, captured and enriched over 30,000 posts monthly, supported 15 regular users, and delivered actionable insight across price, parking, queues, attractions, F&B and more—enabling real-time optimisation, complaint management and a move toward a 360° digital customer experience.
