Postnord Int, an international e-commerce logistics provider and extended arm of the merged national post of Sweden and Denmark, faced significant challenges scaling its operations. Its previous tailor-made system made onboarding new customers a time-consuming and expensive process, and it suffered from an insufficient warehouse management system, difficulties adding new functionalities, and a limited ability to scale. To overcome these hurdles, the company turned to Linkercloud and its order management system (OMS).

Linkercloud provided an off-the-shelf OMS and WMS platform designed for 3PL providers, which drastically sped up and cut the cost of customer onboarding through simple configuration and a public API.
