UBAR, a company in the restaurant industry, sought to address gaps in the shift employment system by creating an application. Linker Logic Technologies designed and developed a mobile application with three core features: a system for employees to easily apply for and fill shift requests, a dashboard with a calendar view for businesses to manage all shifts, and an integrated payment system for workers to get paid immediately after a shift.
