The district partnered with LinkedIn and used LinkedIn Jobs to run targeted campaigns that reached certified educators and skilled career changers by surfacing roles to candidates with the right skills. The pilot built a steadier candidate pipeline and drove a +129% increase in total apply-clicks for roles posted during the pilot period.
