Samunnati is a Chennai-based agri-fintech that empowers smallholder farmers and agri-enterprises with customised financial, market-linkage and advisory services. The approach shortened time-to-hire to about a week, achieved a 36% InMail acceptance rate and sourced 30% of closures via LinkedIn; learning initiatives drove 67% repeat learners averaging 1.5 monthly hours per user and contributed to single-digit attrition, strengthening engagement, retention and hiring velocity.
