Samunnati is a Chennai-based agri-fintech that empowers smallholder farmers and agri-enterprises with customised financial, market-linkage and advisory services. Since 2014 it has supported over 800 FPOs and 1,500 agricultural enterprises across 20 states, reaching four million farmers across 100 value chains. Samunnati levered LinkedIn Jobs, Recruiter, Learning and Talent Insights to boost sourcing, hiring and employee development. The approach shortened time-to-hire to about a week, achieved a 36% InMail acceptance rate and sourced 30% of closures via LinkedIn; learning initiatives drove 67% repeat learners averaging 1.5 monthly hours per user and contributed to single-digit attrition, strengthening engagement, retention and hiring velocity.
