Using LinkedIn Talent Pipeline as an extension of Recruiter, Red Hat centralized candidate intelligence, built relationship-driven pipelines with tags and projects, and made outreach “warm” by preserving notes and prior contacts. The result: more efficient, collaborative hiring, faster onboarding for new recruiters, a ready pool of engaged candidates to draw from, and a stronger, proactive partnership with the business.
