Randstad MENA, the Dubai arm of global staffing firm Randstad, set out to establish a strong regional digital presence after launching as a boutique operation that hadn’t fully leveraged the parent brand. Working closely with LinkedIn, Randstad MENA built a digital shopfront using a career page, sponsored campaigns, LinkedIn Recruiter training for consultants, targeted content, and ongoing engagement tracking. In 15–16 months the approach delivered a 5x increase in followers to over 100,000, ranked the office #2 among all Randstad agencies globally, drove 73% of senior hires through LinkedIn, raised engagement to 3–5%, and produced significant time and cost savings.
