Randstad, the world’s second-largest staffing firm, launched the Changemakers campaign to solve a growing recruitment challenge: finding candidates with the right skills and the drive to embrace change. Facing a “big white space” in engagement on social platforms, Randstad wanted to attract personalities who would contribute, question, and push teams forward rather than just respond to job ads.

Randstad used LinkedIn to target pre-defined personas with a mix of channels and 26 tailored creatives, including video and carousel ads. The campaign drove 293,000 views, an 8.4% video engagement rate, and 1,284 carousel clicks from technology professionals, producing 17,000 “super users” and more than 3,500 actively engaged Changemakers. The result is a growing two-way community that fuels candidate engagement and has positively shifted Randstad’s brand perception.
